Do you have any questions?
If you're new to church, we know that can be intimidating. Sometimes you don't know what to expect. But here are answers to a few of your questions you may have so that you can know what to expect if you come visit our church. If you have any more questions, feel free to email us or give us a call.
Membership
It is our desire you work together to accomplish the mission of Jesus Christ which is making his name known among all the nations of the earth. Our membership process at GCC simply is an acknowledgement of a desire to be a part of what we are doing as a church.
If you are interested in becoming a member of Grace Community Church, please reach out to Pastor John for more information. john@gccflnj.org
Family Dedication
At Grace Community Church, we believe children are a precious gift from God and that parents have the unique privilege and responsibility of raising them to know and follow Him. Our Family Dedication is a special time during our Sunday service where parents publicly commit to raising their children in a Christ-centered home, and our church family commits to supporting them in prayer and encouragement.
If you’re interested in dedicating your child, we’d love to walk alongside you in this meaningful step. Please contact us for more information. info@gccflnj.org
Baptism
While baptism doesn't save you, we believe that it is an outward sign of an inward reality. If you have accepted Christ as your Savior we encourage you to take the first step and get baptized and proclaim to everyone that you are a follower of Jesus Christ.

We believe that spiritual growth happens best in community. Whether you’re looking to deepen your faith, build meaningful relationships, or find encouragement for your walk with Christ, we have a place for you!
From weekly Prayer Meetings to our engaging Women’s Bible Study, there are opportunities for everyone to grow and serve. Our young adult ministry, Kingdom Collective, is a vibrant space for those in their 20s and 30s to connect and be challenged in their faith. Faith Unfiltered offers a safe and honest environment for young women to explore real-life questions through a biblical lens. And Women of Grace gathers women of all ages for fellowship, service, and spiritual growth.
No matter where you are on your journey, there’s a place for you here. Visit our Ministries Page or reach out to learn how you can get connected!
Do you have coffee/Can I bring coffee with me?
Yes, we have a coffee station in the lobby if you need it. You can also bring coffee yourself if you want to.
What do I bring?
Just come with a heart ready to worship Jesus. You don't have to bring anything with you, but if you have a Bible, bring it. The sermons every week focus on something in the Bible and it's easier to follow along if you have one with you. If not the scripture will also be projected on the screen on the stage!
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably. Some people that attend dress formally, and some people that attend dress casually. However, you want to dress is up to you. We care much more about whether or not you come with a ready heart because God looks at the heart, not the outward appearance.
When should I get there?
Our service is at 10:00 am. Come a few minutes before so you can meet a few people and get your heart and mind ready for worship.
Where do I park?
You can park anywhere in the back of the Church or in front.
What if I have a wheelchair or need handicapped parking?
We have a number of handicapped parking spaces as well as an access ramp to the sanctuary. We also have a handicapped accessible bathroom right before the entrance to our Sanctuary!
Where do my children go?
Nursery is provided for every service. We also have Kids’ Church during the service as well! Both meet downstairs! We take child security seriously. All children must be registered before their first time in our Nursey or Kids’ Church. We also encourage you to bring your child to church with you if they are old enough to listen.
What are the office hours?
Our normal office hours are 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Thursday. Our number is 201-337-8088. You can also always email us: info@gccflnj.org.
